At NYU Skin Studio, skin safety and hygiene are our priority. Due to the nature of skincare products, we operate a strict returns policy.

Opened or Used Products

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products that have been opened, used, or tampered with. This includes products where the seal has been broken. This policy is in place for hygiene and safety reasons.

Unopened & Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are issued only where legally required.

Allergic Reactions & Sensitivity

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to allergic reactions, sensitivity, or personal skin responses. We strongly advise reviewing ingredient lists carefully and patch testing before use.

Sale & Promotional Items

All sale, discounted, and promotional items are final sale and non-refundable.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping (if approved) is the customer's responsibility.
